No sound after 4 uses
After talking to Alphasonik and receiving a full refund, I am updating my review.I emailed Alphasonik from their website and detailed the issues I had (see original review below). Two days later they emailed me a return label. One day after shipping the speaker back to Alphasonik, I received a full refund. Disappointed with the original experience, but when a company stands by their warranty, it's hard to complain. Thank you Alphasonik for honoring the warranty.Original review below:Bought this speaker 4 months ago, but only used it 4 times, at outdoor events. Connected to Windows laptop and used to play music from YouTube, and narration from an attached microphone. The speaker no longer emits sound. The fastener, used to tighten the speaker on the stand, broke on the first use, but I could live with that, but not the fact that the speaker no longer works after 4 uses. Have contacted Alphasonik, and will update my review after I hear from them.

Powerful speaker
This is what I wanted for a long time. Fm radio good blue tooth.Micro phone not that loud .Remote not functionable.Led lights not showing but I can sure work with what I am getting out of this product.It is the envy of many who have realised that I have a loud speaker now. The equalisers are working well too. Just got it in time for Christmas and Carnival but more so to enjoy to help praise my Lord and Saviour.
