Looks like it will be very helpful!
I bought this book to use with clients at work. As a counselor, I'm always looking for different resources because in the s a. field, it's not a one size fits all approach. I've glanced through the book and I like the activities and the layout. The last picture I uploaded shows that whatever you are working on with your client, (cravings, triggers, etc.) the book will show you what pages to go to. I recommended it to my coworkers too.

The book is OK
I dislike some of the words used in the book , clean, addict etc these words are not useful they can be very hurtful . People with substance use disorder are not dirty so why would they need to be clean ?We really need to educate more on stigma so we can reduce or break down barriers of care to people in need .Will I use the book ? Prob not …

Fabulous Workbook
I purchased this book for my adult son currently in recovery in rehab. He has been in and out of addiction for 20 years. He THANKED me for it and shared it with his therapist!!!! She loved it as well. I believe things like this come across our path for a reason.

Interesting
This is a new take and an alternative way towards treating addiction. I was hoping for more artwork to colour, and I love humour, but as a nurse in mental health and substance use, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable applying humour.
