Our air conditioner at work is busted in the kitchen and it's summer so it sucks. Until it's fixed, I needed something lightweight to protect my hair, keep it out of my face without 50 bazillion clips and prevent heatstroke and this does the job! As a line cook, I really needed these. I'm able to use big hair clips and it still fits comfortabley and the adjustable closure keeps it on my head for even the longest shift (9 hours) and it keeps me cool. My boss said it looks like a little chef hat so it also got his mark of approval and he's thinking of buying some to give to the other kitchen staff, so it's definitely a hit!

Holds all my hair. Stylish and never falls off. I'm a school Cafeteria Manager and hair nets are not flattering and I have a hard time keeping them from slipping up or off unless they are pinned down with a lot of Bobby pins. This hat stays in place and gives you some flair.
