It will probably work. It depends upon the particular tap. I used mine for a 1/2" - 13 tap today and it worked. 1/2" is a larger diameter on the threaded end, than 12 mm. It all depends on the size of the driver end of the tap.

My largest extractor set goes up to 13/32, this t-handle states to go up to 1/2 inch which should fit 13/32 inch correct?

In theory, yes, but in practice I could not get a 1/2 end in the one they sent me, not even close. 13/32 is pretty close to a half inch so I am not sure you can get that in.

No, holds tap sizes 1/4" to 1/2".
