The product is good and works as advertised. The build quality is sturdy and finish is great. The connections work seamlessly and the remote really makes things easier. Definitely recommended

Unit functions well in my setup of demon amp, benq projector, Sony lcd and Apple TV. Unit built quality is good. Has a couple of issues 1. Remote build quality is really bad, unlikely to last long the battery holder broken at first instance of use 2 while the sound quality is good, numbering / naming of the audio channels is lost is splitting, so the amplifier is unable to identify the audio channel tracks. But still overall performs well

Has a slight learning curve but once you've learnt it, it is an absolute pleasure to use. And since it doesn't support Macbooks, I've installed Amazon FireStick in one of the ports, & subscribed to AirScreen app (only ₹800+ per annum). AirScreen works like a charm with Macbooks as well as Android. Don't rely on AirScreen for Windows, use HDMI instead for that.

I haven't encountered any issues with the product so far. I'm using it to split the picture to my Raspberry Pi, which I use to run ambient lighting.

Working well so far, build quality also looks good.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I have 2 monitors, and 2 input devices.My PC (windows) and Apple TV output can be send to any of these 2 output devices.Glad, I made the purchase, the instruction manual is really helpful and easy to understand, the setup takes 2 minutes.Use the right HDMI cable with this which supports 4K@60 hz and with HDR10.

Product uses a garbage chinese produced chip instead of a proper Texas Instruments one, so while it can do 4k @ 60 hz, it doesn't properly support the spec it claims it supports (HDMI 2.0a). Therefore it is unable to do 1080p@120hz, despite ostensibly having the 18gbps bandwidth available. HDMI 2.0a has enough bandwidth to support 4k120, let alone 1080p120. I do not recommend this product, as it will be a huge waste of time.

very usefulb

I had to replace a previous 4 x 4 HDMI matrix switch and this one is way better than the old one. Setup was simple and it just works. I wish more electronic items performed this well. Highly recommended.

I use it for a document camera and a computer input and 2 projectors for outputs. This switch had improved how I teach in class. A benefit to the students.

This is an amazing matrix switch, and does exactly as described.The input switching is acceptable, not instant but within a few seconds as it's not a $1000 unit.The EDID switch set to COPY I found is better than AUTO since the PS5 doesn't keep thinking a different TV has been connected.I only have two complaints so far, and they go hand-in-hand:1. There is no external IR sensor. You have to have the entire device in direct line of sight for the remote to work, so you can't hide the unit anywhere out of the way.2. The operating lights (blue LEDs) are insanely bright. I used some dark bristle board (like cereal box) and cut out pieces to cover the lights, and I still see the lights through it.Without the covers, it lights up a dark room, and it very distracting... and you can't hide the unit under anything because the IR won't work otherwise.
