I actually don’t know how well this product works as I only tried it once. The powder does not dissolve easily and tasted so vile, I don’t plan to try it again. For me, it was a total waste of money.

Naked Fiber is a game changer!
I haven’t had ‘movements’ like this since my early 20s. Just one scoop mixed with my AG1 greens daily, and the results are incredible. The taste is barely noticeable, and it blends smooth. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Effective but Disgusting
Pros: this is an incredibly effective fiber powder. While I was consistently using it, I was the most regular I’ve ever been.Cons: the taste is absolutely disgusting. It’s bitter, weird, and overpowers everything else it’s mixed with. Even if you do manage to out-mix it, it still punches through, and quite literally makes me shudder at how gross it tastes.I’ll use this jar, then most likely never order it again. It’s just too vile. I shouldn’t have to survive my fiber.
