Excellent question! We would recommend a large size Scruff Scarf for each of your pups. The large is suitable for dogs who have the following measurements: Neck up to 14", Head circumference up to 20". The neck opening also measures 24" and is adjustable.

These are how the measurements will line up with sizes: Small - neck 8.5", head circumference 12.5", neck opening 15.75" Medium - neck 11", head circumference 17", neck opening 21" Large - neck 14", head circumference 20", neck opening 24"

Q: Will this work for a dog with upright ears?

I have a Cirneco with big upright ears and it sort of works. I can fold his ears back and then put it on but he has a long narrow neck so it tends to slip down. I have found that the thing that works best (although it looks stupid) is a large sock with the toes cut off. I slip it over his head and the bump for the heel is where his laid back ears fit. It stays on and keeps his thin ears safe from frostbite in the -20 weather that we get in the winter.
