RUCI Authentic Sri Lankan Hopper Mix Multipack (2)

Very dissapointed, mix seemed a little too thick as I couldnt get the smoothness consistency that is so important in hoppers.

This mixture ust didn't work, and I tried it twice! The instructions were easy but it just didn't make good apams.

not like ordinary flour.i heard a fish shop owner say he used it to make his batter, but it did not work for me,sorry

Very good product, made per instruction. Exact Ceylon hoppers. 24hrs resting improved the quality of hoppers and natural bubbles foamed in batter gave the hopper authentic appearance and also did taste well

Bought as a present. Very well received and looking forward to tasting the results

My husband is from Sri Lanka so I’m always looking for foods he remembers his mum making, I made hoppers for which he loved I would definitely buy them again

Makes really good hoppers! Easy to make especially with the RUCI hopper pan, makes breakfast taste like being back on holiday in SriLanka
