Everything was perfect except zip.. item is well build with waterproof material, but water will enter through your front zipper & you will be wasted in rain.

There wasn't a lot on this jacket about sizing and fit in the posts so I thought I'd add some info about that. I am 6' 3", 270lbs. I am a big guy but proportioned, no gut, flat from chest down to hips. I ordered a "4x" based upon the size chart and tips in the description that stated that 2x is it's actual size. This is 100% accurate. I wear a 2x normally but with under layers I'll go a 3x. The 4x was perfect!With my requirements for this jacket I wanted it a little more form fitting than I did wanting a bulky one. I got exactly what I was looking for! It isn't skin tight. It fits like a casual jacket but it has enough room for a couple shirts underneath too. Sleeve length is between my wrist and mid back of hand with my arms outstretched in front of me. (like riding a motorcycle)The bottom of the jacket is about mid zipper on my jeans. There is plenty of shoulder room and there is no restrictions in any movement. I am extremely happy with this jacket! It's soft and warm inside with the fleece. The pockets are plentiful and roomy. (FYI, the strings inside the main pockets are for pulling the hoodie taut around the face. A nice feature. I've yet to get it in the rain but that weather is here so I'll soon know.I hope this review helps with any sizing questions. The jacket is worth every penny. Great value!

I was initially very disappointed. The plastic zipper broke and the zipper keeps opening. I only wore this jacket 4 times and now it is worthless.After ReFire Remedied the problem, I Revised The Review!The reseller contacted me and arranged for a replacement jacket. He apologized and said they were having issues with the recent batch of jackets as the zippers were faulty. I just received my replacement jacket and it is excellent. The zippers now work properly and the material is even softer to the touch. I am very pleased and I would now recommend this jacket and the ReFire reseller. ReFire stands behind their products! The problem was addressed and I am very happy with the result! Thank-you for the remarkable Customer Service!

Sizing is totally wrong, an XL tagged as XXXL is pretty accurately an XXXL. A L tagged as an XL is more like a Large. Sleeves way too long, main zipper is cheap crap, first coat I received the zipper stuck halfway up. I am very disappointed, for the amount of time I spent reading reviews and comparing products I felt very confident that I was going to be happy with this. When the second one arrived and the fit was way to small to wear over a hoodie I was furious. How can you have that many positive conflicting reviews? Literally every negative review I read was accurate. A fried warned me, "spend the money on a name brand". Lesson learned.

Update to my previous review: Now having worn this jacket a few times and in heavy rain, I would say quality and construction are good value. My problems are related to the design. The torso length is just too short for an XL. I am 6'2", and the jacket barely reaches my waist. More significantly, nearly all the pockets are useless. The front pockets are far too high, useless for hands, and too shallow to store anything significant. You'd think that being up high, the front pockets would extend down deeper, but they don't. Also, when zipped, the front pocket zippers hang at your nipples, which is just weird. The lower back (?) and wrist pockets are pointless. The only semi-usable pockets are the upper arm, as they have decent depth.Former review: Good buy for the $. I was concerned about the sizing based on other reviews and ordered an XL, and quite thankful I did, as it fits snug. It is shorter in the torso than I expected, barely reaches below the belt. I am 6’2”, w/ 35” waist. If you’re bigger, you’ll want a XXL. I live in the FL panhandle and was just looking for an affordable tactical rain jacket. I also have a 5.11 jacket and I would say this is fairly comparable and 1/2 the price.

Jacket is actually better quality than I expected. Nice, thin jacket and the front pockets are very deep. Arm pocket on XL size was big enough for my phone on one side. I ordered XL per some comments and previous experience with China sizing and received XXXL (China sizing) tag. I am 5'11", 200# and usually wear L jacket and hoodies. The XL definitely was 2 or 3 inches too large in all dimensions so returning it via easy return on Amazon. Will be ordering L though as I like the jacket.Update: received L jacket and it fits great. Noticed this jacket came directly from China, had to wait 3 weeks to get but that's pretty fast for overseas, tag was all in Chinese so couldn't compare sizing with previous one. Also slightly different construction than XL had. Still 1-2 inches slack in chest so fits great.
