No flammable qube inside very hard to flame the charcoal not buying again

I recieved a parcel that was opened. The Amazon polythene bad was torned open, the cello tape was cut and inside the polythene packet containing the charcoal was also open. There was no starter cubes as promised. I suspect the local delivery team or somewhere in the supply chain have pilfered a handful of the charcoal including the starter cubes. I'm clearly disappointed with this delivery. As I had to use it for an emergency function I decided not to return the item. The charcoal was very difficult to light and start up. But eventually we could start it using sanitizer liquid as a starter agent which I don't recommend at all. But once it lighted up, the heat released was amazing. It's a good quality charcoal but clear disadvantage is the amount of heat energy required to get it to burn.
