I feel like some of yall expected a glass of this to work like street psychedelics or eating 3 grams of mushrooms- your not going to get those results, every drug, supplement, tea, gives you different effects,, and benefits. This is different and I really like it. Blue lotus has so many health benefits, and recreations.I brought 1.5 cups of water to a boil, not rolling but low boil. Removed from heat, crumpled up the flowers *about 4 G* and stirred. I let the mix steep for about 20 minutes. (You can also add 1/2 cup of unwashed poppy seeds not found on Amazon, for a real good time. They used both substances together in tinctures/teas in Egypt)Step 5- I drank it. I was happily surprised. #1 this tea gives you an insane desire to have sex. Its like viagra. I have been wanting to gogogogo sex sex sex!!!! I started adding it to my morning tea. Besides the arousal, it gives you just a really nice feeling. Its happiness, and bliss like. Some "teas" or other uh...supplements we can call them, give you really mind altering feelings and you see things. With this you get that feeling, like you can feel that energy inside of you? I noticed it while cooking dinner. I felt that energy, cooking just felt really different. I've been having super crazy dreams, lucid dreaming actually. This is only from a few grams. I'm sure with more you get more. But anyways not disappointed at all. I could see this product really helping people with anxiety, depression, or low sex drive. Its definitely a mood enhancer.****remember, if you drink this assuming it won't work, its bogus, your gonna hate it, then its not going to work. You won't feel anything. ****TASTE GREAT

The first thing I would like to bring to the buyer's attention: This is extremely high quality - so please err on the side of caution, if you aren't too familiar with this flower.I steeped 4 whole flowers in hot water, with about a tablespoon of sugar (I'd advise against as much sugar, the flower itself sweetens it enough I've noticed). I added somewhere between 2-3 grams of mullein to steep as well. The resulting tea had an incredible effect on my overall mood and well-being. I had a pretty bad injury the other day, and because of it, had been pretty sore. From my neck, down to my lower back - I was just hurting all over. After my first sip, I felt all of that pain subside. This was my first time utilizing the flowers instead of the stamens, and I've got to say I do enjoy it a little bit more. I haven't tried to smoke this, but I would assume it to be far more smooth than the stamens when smoked. I would also like to tout the efficacy of mullein's anti-asthmatic properties as well (only in tea form does it seem to work for me like that). I've been breathing full-lunged breaths all day, which I could only imagine is also aiding in my overall mood as well. There is definitely a synergy between the herb and flower that helped to alleviate.I recently quit vaping those God-forsaken nicotine pods and my lungs have been trying to adjust. This REALLY helps with that. This is an all-around 5-star product. Exactly what I was looking for!

Smells like dried beets. It’s very yummy! First time I drank the tea I think I put too many lotus flowers in it… I felt very euphoric. Wouldn’t recommend drinking during the day. Definitely a night time tea and not daily. This tea is an experience lol love it. I will buy it again.

Found this tea by accident through Amazon's suggestions and some of the reviews piqued my curiosity. I'd never had a product like this before, but my experience was overall enjoyable. The effects were mild, but I did notice an effect in both myself and my partner.The tea smells delightful. It's got a very sweet, floral, fruity aroma. Taste wise, it was milder than the aroma suggested, but it was pleasant enough. As a tea and nothing more, I highly recommend it.As for the benefits of blue lotus, the effects were milder than anticipated. Granted, this was my first time experiencing this so I didn't have anything to go off of except a page I read online about blue lotus tea. It did, however, have an effect. I felt very relaxed and sleepy probably within 20-30 minutes of drinking my tea. As someone with chronic sleep issues who has tried a number of different teas before bed, this was pretty uncharacteristic of me so I don't think it was the placebo effect. I felt as though the tension had left my body and I was a puddle of relaxation. I don't think I felt euphoria or experienced any lucid dreams or anything else. My partner also reported feeling very relaxed upon drinking the tea. I think it was an effective sleep aid because I woke up feeling refreshed. YMMV.One critical thing I do have to say is that I am confused about the nelumbo nucifera vs nymphaea caerulea thing. To my understanding, nelumbo nucifera (this product) is sacred lotus or Indian lotus, not blue lotus. But nelumbo nucifera only comes in shades between white and red so I'm entirely sure what flower I actually received since the petals were distinctively blue/purple (though they could have been dyed, I suppose). However, I do stand by having felt something after drinking the tea and from what I've read, either plant should have some sort of effect.Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, but I don't think I am likely to purchase it again simply because it's more expensive than I'd like to pay and the labeling confuses me. It was a fun experiment though.

I like making tea with it. It tastes good when mixed with black tea and sugar. I have very lucid dreams after drinking it and going to sleep.

I read this gives u lucid dreams and wanted to test it out. I dreamt a black kitten bit me and it kinda hurt so ig it works.
