White chocolate taste good and is melting very fast completely. It is easy to work with.

I ordered these for future use. I have used them in smaller quanitiies easy to add color, my intent is to use the for Grinch peanut butter balls Christas 2025. I previously saved them that long and quality, flavory and fresheness of these melts was as good from the day I bought them. They melt down well and choclate application was consistent. It pays to use Merkins Coating Melting Wafers when you want your product to not only taste good but has a nice presentation. Yes I recommend these melt down chocolates.

Good quality, but very expensive

Taste way better than the ones from Michael’s and melts like a dream

Was very easy to melt and did not thicken up quickly like almond bark! The amount you get for the price was amazing and I made 60 chocolate dipped rice Krispie bars and still had half a bag!

I buy many kinds of wafers thinking this would be a hit, but it melts terribly even if I put a little oil in it. I set it aside and use regular chocolate chip chips or Ghirardelli wafers and it melts just fine boo and I can’t return this I’m not happy. I’ve tried it twice.

I melted these using a double boiler and found that it took quite a long time to fully melt. Once removed from the heat, the chocolate began to set up quickly, so I had to work fast. Some online reviews mentioned these aren’t a true white, and I’d agree—that’s accurate. However, I used an oil-based food coloring and the slight off-white tint didn’t affect the final color at all. The taste is smooth and pleasant, not overly sweet. Great for coating, just be ready to keep it warm as you work.
