Q: Can it be used on an induction stovetop?

Yes, I used it twice and I just got it this week and it works beautifully…..I wish I had the whole set……..

Q: Is this pot ok with dishwasher?

I don’t know about this pot specifically, but recently have purchased several pots and pans that have the same type of non-stick finish as this one has. They all say to not put in dishwasher. That’s not a problem for me, however, because they all clean up very easily with a little dish soap and warm water. Also, this pot is quite large and would take up a lot of space in the dishwasher. I’m very happy with this beautiful pot.
