I've been taking these for awhile now I think I've done 4 bottles so far and I saw a difference within the 1st bottle with My hair feeling stronger and fuller also my nails by the 3rd bottle we're growing like crazy. I was using Vital proteins before because My hair was shedding and thinning really fast and Vital stopped that from happening and stopped my hands and back from hurting as well but my hair never grew longer or fuller. So when I finally changed to Womaness after watching them talk about hair loss & hormones etc on a talk show I gave it a shot and it WORKED! So let's see what' happens if my length of hair starts getting longer as well. I know it was growing but I had so many spilt ends & dry hair from using the flat iron so much I cut all that off & it feels so much much & feels healthier. I noticed when I added Vitamin C, Iron & D with it it boosted my hair & how I felt so we'll see how it goes for now I'm hopeful than I was before

I think one of my capsules must have broken open in the bottle as the whole bottle is coated in what looks/smells like curcumin. Each capsule is coated in this dust. The capsule size is average and I'm able to swallow it down. So far it seems to be working okay but nothing that is a game changer or remarkable for me.

When I first saw the pills themselves, the contents had a lot of separation and wasn't really similar looking to what I'm used to seeing. Finally got around to doing some research on the brand and I'm excited - as much as I can be for anything around or related to menopause. I love that the brand focuses on women at this stage in their lives, it's a sorely neglected space, and with the pressure we already have for so many other things, hormones wreaking havoc on our lives and dramatically altering our bodies, ooof.All I want is to age gracefully, sanely, and have my life disrupted as minimally as possible. I have autoimmune issues and my medications have really been messing with my hair and skin, I think this has been helping offset those side effects. I think I need to take this longer to be absolutely certain. I love the inclusion of turmeric in a hair skin and nails formula, especially in this use case. Turmeric alone is such a fantastic supplement at this stage, I wish everyone knew about it.Overall I think the formulation on this is really mindful, not overdone. The price is pretty great in this space. I think I'm going to be keeping this one in my routine.

I'm menopausal and have been taking the Womaness Active Glow Supplements for ten days now.- The capsules are normal size.- I have a pretty intense daily regimen that already includes a hair skin and nails supplement.- The Womaness Active Glow Supplement ingredient I was truly excited about is the 120 mg of hyaluronic acid, an elixir that is clinically proven to help skin stay hydrated.I just took a long look in the mirror to evaluate results, and was floored!- To my enormous surprise, the fine lines around my mouth that had started worrying me enough to seriously contemplate filler ARE GREATLY REDUCED.- The tiniest vertical lines along the upper lip perimeter are GONE.- Not bad for a week and a half's work -- I'll update at month's end!

These Womaness Active Glow Supplements are easy to swallow and they don’t leave an aftertaste. I take one capsule daily with breakfast and so far, I haven’t experienced any adverse side effects such as gut issues or allergies. I’ve used biotin in the past during hormonal changes and they did aid in the growth & strengthening of my hair and nails so I definitely wanted to try these and I’m glad that I did!These supplements not only have biotin but they also contain Longvida Curcumin, Pomegranate Extract & Hyaluronic Acid.
