This is an good spice blend. I sprinkled it on a salmon fillet and pan broiled it in ghee in half the skillet and added frozen chard, spinach and kale to the other side. In 10 minutes my meal was done. It was the best tasting salmon I can remember.

This is a nice basic salmon seasoning. Enhances the taste of the fish without calling too much attention to itself or detracting from any toppings or other meal items.I will buy again.
