Design Engineering 010462 Reflect-A-Cool 24" x 24" Heat Reflective Adhesive Backed Sheets

Only issue is it comes folded and is tricky to install if you are doing the whole sheet. I used this to line the walls of my built in oven, The clearance was lower than the minimum posted by the manufacturer, so I drilled holes adjacent to the wall into the air space below for better venting, and fixed this stuff to the walls. It was impossible to remove creases, but it so thin it did not matter, its very sticky, but I stapled the 4 corners just to be safe

I like this product so far. As I just installed it, I cannot comment on it’s longevity. Installation was smooth. Heated up the piece first and used spray adhesive where it was being applied. Also used a heat gun on low during application to help while pressing and moulding. I used this product over top of my truck firewall insulation where it had torn and over some of the front wheel well near manifolds. Time will tell how long and how effective it will be. Fingers crossed 🤞

This heat reflective film works great, applied it to my intake tube (plastic) which is about 2 inches away from my exhaust manifold. Very noticeable difference in the temperature of the intake tube, significantly cooler. Hopefully it lasts awhile. Easy to cut and apply, thin fibre glass mesh with a aluminum foil reflective film.

It came in dei packageJust not certain if thats what was inside.Was paper thin and put a lighter to the face side and burnt though pretty quickly.Have had a Chinese brand stand up better to the lighter test then this did.Price point was good it its real dei

Installed this purchase under my Seat (2 layers) on my 2014 Harley Davidson Softail. The OEM seat gets so hot it`s very uncomfortable to sit on after a few hours. This application seems to take the edge off but it`s not the cure all I was hoping for. For this situation I would`nt purchase again.
