Great quality! Good for anywhere with sore muscles. Saves my fingers from constantly rubbing my neck and carpal tunnel hands. Used on my hands, wrists and lower arms. I did not wake up from the burning pain in my hands and wrists as I usually do. Neck feels better as well! Also these are able to hold up to getting wet so they can be cleansed after using massage oil! Great find!!
