Wow, an organic hunger suppressant! These really work to keep one from being hungry (the rest is up to one to choose appropriate meals!) They have been tested by my physician and are perfectly safe to use with no side affects.

Helps to supress appetite
I had never heard of Capsiate sweet pepper extract before so I did some investigating when I was given the opportunity to purchase these at a discounted price to test for quality. According to my research, it is designed to boost a person's metabolism, improve sleep quality and maintain blood pressure levels. Since I have a lot of weight to lose, I am always willing to try out different products to try out their effectiveness. I have been taking 3 pills first thing in the morning for about 10 days now. They are easy to swallow and I have experienced to sides effects. Even though the key ingredient is peppers, I have experienced no burning sensation in my stomach. I have noticed that my appetite is diminished and I am not as hungry after about 30 minutes of taking the pills as I was before I took them. This has allowed me to eat less food. This is not a magic pill, it still needs to used in conjunction with a healthy and exercise plan but it definitely helps with suppressing my appetite. The effects are comparable to that of 80% HCA garcinia cambogia. This would make a great tool to help with your weight loss efforts.

Severe heartburn..
After reading numerous studies on Capsinoids I decided to take a chance and try this product. The evidence suggests 6 mg of capsinoids has a modest effect on reducing weight gain when ingesting a high fat diet and causing about 1 kg of weight loss over six weeks with a shift of fat away from the abdomen. So, first of all, each pill contians 9 g of capsinoids. Each gram of capsinoid oil is equivalent to about 5 mg. So each pill has 45 mg of capsinoids, way more than the dose which achieved these published effects. Three pills is equivalent to 135 mg, a massive overdosage. Unfortunately for me, even a single pill caused 24 hours of severe indigestion, gas, and heartburn. I had hoped to take advantage of even a 1 kg loss with this product, but its side effects are intolerable.

Ok but you do need to take three a day, so way too expensive for me

Weight loss PUSH
Disclaimer: I received a free or discounted product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.I've lost 70 pounds in the last year. It's been a LOT of hard work getting to this point, and now that I have- I've hit a plateau that I can't seem to get over to continue with my goal. I couldn't wait to receive this product and see if it could get me over the hurdle. IT DID!! Three pills each morning before breakfast- remember to EAT breakfast, don't skip it. There are these super cool things in the pills called capsinoids that are found in sweet peppers that are all sorts of nifty. I continued with my healthy eating and exercise and these gave my body the "push" over that plateau I so needed. I would recommend to anyone else that needs an extra push in their weight loss mission.

Trifling Effects, According to Independent Studies
Unfortunately, despite the favorable anecdotes in other reviews, tests by independent biomedical researchers at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana revealed that when 78 men took Capsinate for four weeks, subjects only burned about 50 more calories per day, and enjoyed no change in weight. A meta-analysis of "The Effects of Capsaicin and Capsiate on Energy Balance" in humans found that "capsaicin and capsiate both augment energy expenditure and enhance fat oxidation, especially at high doses ... [and] suppress orexigenic [hunger-related] sensations. [But] The magnitude of these effects is small. Purposeful inclusion of these compounds in the diet may aid weight management, albeit modestly." - Chem Senses. 2012 Feb; 37(2): 103–121. doi: 10.1093/chemse/bjr100 . PMCID: PMC3257466
