I've just put these on, and I wish I had changed the wheels as soon as I bought the chair. My Ikea desk chair (Markus) cut into my hard-wearing wooden floors, splintering it. Instead of trying to protect the floor (with a huge ugly sticky pad, which I did before) I bought these.Instantly you can tell they'll be better due to the hard rubber design. They create a spongey feeling when seated, which is less sturdy compared to the hard plastic factory fitted ones, and they add a little more height too (just change your seat height again to suit). But overall, they are much smoother to move around in, you may find it's too easy to roll about now, but I'll no longer be dragging my seat while lifting to take it off the factory casters while looking below me in concern it's going to tear through more of my floor.Save your floors, get these. (Don't forget to measure your caster wheels) as they come in 11mm and 10mms (ikea) connections. Now, I'm going to buy some for my wife's chair!

The material is smooth and the wheels are black so they fit an office environment. The execution is nice - the rollers are not seeing from the eye view. The wheels fit IKEA chairs. Nice purchase!

I've been putting wheels like these in and out of my basket for ages, and never got around to ordering them. I finally have a set, and I'm glad I made the upgrade.These wheels are much better than the ones my chair came with. They roll more easily over carpet for a start, as they are a bigger diameter. They are rubbery so they don't mark our hardwood floors or make loads of noise as you wheel the chair about.As an added bonus, because the wheels are bigger, they raise the chair up by an inch or so. This is handy for me as my chair was right at the top of its travel and still a bit too low for my desk. Now I can get the seat height just right. If your chair is already too high, you may have a problem using these wheels.It took about a minute to fit the castors. They are a standard 11mm diameter, and are also available in the Ikea-only 10mm size. Make sure you order the right ones - the description clearly tells you which you need, but I measured just to be sure. The old castors pull out and these slide straight in. Then you sit on the seat. Fit and forget.My wheels are plain black, which matches the rest of my seat. They don't have brakes. The wheels look very much like rollerblade wheels, and have proper ball bearings.I'm a biggish chap and weigh around 90Kg. These wheels seem to be able to support my weight comfortably, and I don't foresee any issues. I spend most of the day in my computer seat (mostly writing Amazon reviews, lately) and the wheels have behaved perfectly in the few days I've been using them.The price is good - there are much more expensive ones on Amazon that appear to be exactly the same. I'm happy with them and can recommend them.

These are even better than expected. I got them just to raise my chair a little but turns out these are incredibly smooth too and roll on solid wood like butter! Cant recommend more!

Installed into IKEA Markus office chair.VERY easy to install. Took less than a minute.1000 times better than the default wheels. These do not get clogged with carpet fibres and roll around much much easier. Could not recommend highly enough.

These are really excellent quality. They were easy to fit. They run remarkably freely and look good. They appear to be very sturdy ... they are in my opinion head and shoulders better than the normal original fit castors. Highly recommended and well worth the money....

I can now get around my office without having to get out of my chair, although the cat is a bit wary as I ran over its tail once. It was karma for the cat after it brought in half a mouse the other night.

一般的なチェアは軸が11mmのようです。よく見ずにポチってしまい失敗しました。イケアのチェアを購入したら使おうかと思います。

動きは1輪車で、柔らかい材質のため、大変スムーズに動きます。（２輪のキャスターは内輪差があるので、曲がりが悪かったり、床への傷が発生するのではと思います。なお、フレームは板金構造で少しチャチイですが問題はなさそうです。（以前に購入したものはフレームもシッカリした材質構造で似たような価格だったと思いますが とりあえず満足です）

IKEAのALEFJÄLL（アレフィェル）用に購入。デフォルトのキャスターに関する口コミで動きが良くないことや木製の床を傷つけることが分かっていたので、最初から他のものに替えるつもりでした。まずキャスターではなく固定型のものを購入して使ってみたのですが、やはり動いたほうがいいと考え直し、改めてこちらを。差込口のサイズはぴったりでした。つるつるした素材で適度な硬度。確かに床を傷つけません。動きも、突然の方向転換で少し引っかかりがある以外、スムーズです。ただ、天地のサイズがデフォルトのものより２〜３cm大きく椅子の座面を最も低くして丁度いい高さになりました。（身長165cm）
