Useful & Fun
My 3 and 4 year old love this and think it’s so fun to put a new magnet on when they do one of their chores/responsibilities. I as a parent love it too, it’s a fun way to teach them responsibilities and has lots of good options on it.

Great product at a reasonable price
My grandson loves all of the Melissa & Doug’s products & plays with them often. They are toys but double as teaching/ learning tools. Product is well made, sturdy & pleasing to the eye, with its bright colors. The only suggestion I have is to provide a wood box, container or bag to store the pieces, which can get lost very easily. Thankfully the board is magnetic & holds the pieces nicely. My grandson is much more eager to do chores now which is a great plus. I highly recommend this product as it is a great value for the money & teaches lifelong skills to children. If you can develop a product like this that teaches teenagers & young adults daily responsibility, you could very well make it necessary to establish a new category of Nobel prize awards.

Help keep track of progress for the little ones
our little one enjoys choosing and placing the tiles onto this board when a task has been completed. our little one also really got excited about the mickey mouse theme. product seems to be a quality build so far. Included are blank tiles that can be filled out with your own task ideas to keep track of. Overall pleased with purchase.

Great when used daily not weekly
I love this chart ! Mickey Mouse is fun, the pictures are bright and easy to understand and the boys love sorting through the Smiley's to find their favorite character and Design. What I didn't love was only having seven responsibilities and the opportunity to master them once per day ...some responsibilities like brushing your teeth need to happen twice a day so you should be able to earn Smiley's for both of them...also at this age if you blow it once during the day you should have the opportunity to make up for it later...we focus on positive behavior but we also like to track times when we could have done better... it helps to be able to see this and visualize so we use two rows of responsibilities and have covered up the days on the chart so we use it for one day only and start fresh the following day that way the boys don't have the previous day hanging over their head. For bad behavior we use plain black magnets and good behavior is marked with the fun Smiley's that come with the chart... the boys are able to see where they could have done better and areas where they've done great.... I keep track of them each day and assign a monetary amount to each smiley, then at the end of the week the boys receive their prize or incentive. I got two charts, one each for my 5 and my two-year-old boys...they both love them and they're excited to see what they can do everyday to earn smileys. My two-year-old especially loves Goofy with the flower which is "apologize to someone" he understands right away that we're not always perfect but it is important to say you're sorry when something doesn't go quite right. My five-year-old did double his homework to get 2 Smileys and they both have jumped in with chores around the house in order to earn more....We've Only Had It 2 days my two-year-old came out this morning and hugged his chart saying he loved it...for this reason I give it 4 stars and we're going to keep it :-) I only docked one star because it should have come this way to begin with. You just can't have one chance a day when you're this young especially when there's some things that have to be done twice. With these modifications it works great and I highly recommend it :-)

WORKS!!!
I was tired of fights every morning to get dressed for school in a timely manner and the occasional moody tempers. I wanted my 5 year old to visually see what's required of her and a visual of her rewards or removing them for misbehaving. The deal was if she had ALL her magnets filled in her board by Friday, she got a little surprise after school. The board immediately worked so well. She picks the magnet she wants when she earns one. She even corrects her own self when she realizes she's doing misbehaving now. I am a fan! We also love the Disney theme! This makes is easy to be consistent.

Very fun for my 4 1/2 year old!
This board makes chores and responsibilities fun for my 4 1/2 year old daughter! We just got it and she’s started out with things such as- be respectful- no whining- clean up toys- make your bed (which she does need help with but as long as she’s willing to help I give it to her because it’s a start!- brush teeth- get ready for bedAnd so on.There are tons of age appropriate chores on here that she will move up to as she gets older! This will be our chore board for years to come with another on the way. It’ll definitely be a hand-me-down chore board. Especially knowing how durable and long lasting Melissa & Doug products are!

We use this everyday
We use this chart everyday, it helps my 3 year old understand what he could do better on the next day. Teaches him responsibility. We have been using it since he was 2.
