Satisfactory
Received the product on time. Packaging was sturdy enough. Creality have done a really good job in terms of packaging. This is my first 3D printer and this is my first printed model in my life. I'm a complete noob, so it took me around an hour to assemble the entire set-up by following the user's manual. It would be much better if the user's manual is more detailed. Lots of grammatical and spelling mistakes found in the user's manual. Tried printing the sample puppy model with preset heat profile. Used the sample PLA sent with the printer. It took 2h 59m 54s to complete the first print job. Layers are slightly visible. Hopefully, mild dry sanding and blowing heat gun afterwards will smoothen it, will try it. Somewhat stringing issues are there. Maybe tweaking the printing profile will help it. Need to check that too. UPDATE: After using a few days, The printer does it's job nicely. Being a complete novice, manual bed leveling was a nightmare for me for a few days. The 'Print Resume After Power Restore' feature works fine. But there becomes a small filament clog at the resume point.

It is beginner friendly
Tho most can argue with you that risine printer or some pricey FDM printer are the best for beginners, it is true if your motive is only to print stuf and have fun or make money with it. But if you want to know all things about a 3d printer and it's industry, communities then i recon this printer for your . This printer is the classic of all printer. Any fix and repair for this printer will be easily found in YouTube and other forums.

Worked - Was my first attempt at 3D printing
Product worked although one has to learn about 3D drawing and has to go through YouTube videos to set the unit up. Took around an hour to set the unit up. All parts were present and worked. One has to learn about the different filament types and the warping issues due to temp variation and wind, however for a first timer, this is a good 3D printer. Also, 3D printing takes time ( on an average a few hours )

Grounding trouble with power supply. Very important safety concern
I don't know where they got this power supply made from.. When we touch the printer we get electric shock when connected to power supply... It's a very important safety concern they have missed.. Now I have to remove the supply and fix the grounding issue or else need to wear gloves when working.. Body chassis is not properly grounded to supply socket..

Good quality of print.
Was really excited to try this out... The setup instructions are ok... I referred their video for installation and it was easy.... Print quality is good... Only the print bed is a bit warped.... But that's a common issue...
