Love the color, size and it protects your lure and rod. I would purchase more down the road.

I love this. No snagging your hook or shoving it into your rod somewhere. Snap it on when your done and open it up when you're ready to fish again. I keep mine on my rod at all times (because I have a tendancy to lose things) so it was a bit of an adjustment while I was fishing. But not I just hold it with one of my fingers while casting. Haven't had any issues and have used this religiously for a couple years now!

I had seen these around on websites for years and never thought about getting them until my wife bought me a set and now I wonder how I managed without them. I have several poles with hooks exposed on my boat that could catch on anything including the dogs. Once these are attached I don't have to worry anymore, plus they make it a lot easier to connect to the rod and keep the line from getting loose. They have a line cutter which is super covenant. This size fits my large circle hooks easily.
