I always use this one because the garlic comes from the USA. In fact it comes from my state. Its easy to use and the flavor is spot on.

I bought this thinking there wasn't Citric Acid which completely ruins the taste. Also Soybean Oil is not good for you. I would NOT have bought this if the ingredients were listed accordingly.

It is coarser than I expected and I did not have my old container at hand when I ordered so was disappointed when the small jar arrived. Taste was fine.

We began using it many years ago when the local grocery stores carried it. Now they only carry the Minced Garlic that does not add even half the flavor - esp. for Indian cooking.

Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic in oil arrived with STRONG ODOR of garlic when I opened the box. There is a tiny dent on the side of the metal top. This item is not returnable. Disgusting!!!
