One of the best self improvement books I've read
Definitely five stars! I would like to read more books by this author. This book shows how strong the power of thinking is, and how strong we are because we can change our thoughts and life. The book gives great motivation to move on. It allows you to know yourself better. The book shows how our past and thoughts that arose in the past affect our present and future. By changing all thoughts to positive ones, we change our destiny. These practices, affirmations, tips in the book, help us understand our mindset better. The author offers to work on our daily thoughts and actions, thus changing the usual and pernicious patterns of thinking. The book contains practical recommendations for daily work on one's worldview and thinking and helps one be more aware of one's life and thinking in general. By working on yourself and your mind with this book, you can get the first results and feel the positive changes in your life. The main thing is to permanently strive for changes and work hard in this direction. The more efforts we make the better results we will get. I also like the high-quality paper, cool book cover and convenient design. The author seems to take my hand and we begin to overcome this difficult path together. During difficult times, I was looking for ways to deal with my fears, phobias, insecurity. I’ve learnt to be gracious, to love myself, to understand myself better. The author was like a close friend to me who was always there for me during tough times. The author carefully and tenderly helps bring changes to your life. Probably two weeks after reading and deeply working with myself, I was really able to look at my unsolvable problems from a completely different angle. A really good and useful book that will stay in my favorites for a long time. If we have problems in any area of life, we can find a relevant section in this book, and after reading it several times and do the appropriate practices, these problems will disappear and life will get better. Our life depends on us so by focusing on the thoughts that bring us happiness and joy-we can change it. This book teaches us to listen to our inner voice and love ourselves against all odds. Some people may think it's hard to do, but it's worth trying and the result will surpass all expectations. I will recommend the book to all my friends and relatives.

Very Motivating
The book is designed in such a way that at first the author succinctly and clearly states the essence of thoughts, and then you will have a dialogue with yourself. Self-analysis and self-healing, ways to understand yourself better, advice, effective affirmations and exercises - all this is contained in this outstanding book. Along with your perseverance, desire for change and desire for harmony - the book will be the key to the development and improvement of life. What will this book do for you? It will make you think. Think about what you really want and feel. It helps bring positive thinking into your life and send all the bad things to hell. The book gives relief from the emotions accumulated over many years, which previously did not find a way out.This best illustrated as the author talks profoundly about the inner voice. I learnt to examine my inner voice and realise a lot of the falsehood it feeds me, and to discard these emotions through visualisation. Reading this book in and of itself was a healing experience. Hearing that I mattered and that I was able to love myself and that my achievements are worthwhile is something I hadn't heard from along time and it was fulfilling. Managing my emotions was the best tip given in the book as its the ultimate damage control, it allows us to continue our healing of past traumas and experiences without inflicting them in the future. This book is great and even comes with illustrations to help implement certain methods to manage certain situations.

Hope is the steps of change
This book is an interesting read for anyone seeking a way to gain self confidence. It teaches way in which to overcome emotional troubles, especially negative thoughts. and heal oneself of anything that causes negativity in ones life. It’s clear that life is full of surprises, ups and downs. No one can exist in this realm and sphere without facing difficulties. But when external and internal believes cause for self destruction via false believes concerning oneself, you become your own worst enemy.There is a spiritual connotation or for some a religious connotation to the ideas of this book. Some ideas such as listening to inner voice, may sound a common phrasal them meaning to listen to your heart or literally for the New ager, Shaman or the Christian who claim to hear from God and or any other believer of the supernatural claiming similarity of the same. For the absolute atheist, these ideas may seem superstitious. Nevertheless, these ideas if taken with an open mind can be of great help in understanding the authors intentions and various ways to help the afflicted.Psychology plays a great role in understanding how we behave under certain conditions. This book calls for a study of the science of the mind. I believe that the more we are able to understand our minds the greater we can be freed from self affliction via false believes. A repeated lie in time becomes a true belief. And for many people with mind troubles are simply believing a lie which cripples them in progression, love, and a for filled life. I believe for anyone wanting out of rejection, depression, trauma, victimism and or any other ill restricted state of existence. I suggest to read this easy to follow book. To change yourself you must always believe the good over the evil even if you can not see it. (Hope)
