I originally purchased the Induro mini tripod. It came with a 100mm half ball, very similar to this one! I am a cinematographer that generally uses larger 100mm ball tripods. I took the half ball and placed it on my eMotimo ST4 kit.I've found uses for the Induro in my still photography work. I didn't want to switch the ball back and forth, so I decided to purchase this Benro to live permanently on my eMotimo ST4. It works like a charm with either the Induro or the ST4!Great purchase. Would do it again!
