Great quality heavy duty

Was pricier than I hoped for but liked the design (compared to the wagon wheel styles) and good reviews on sturdiness. I measured my fire pit at 30" and this was a perfect fit. Heavy duty and all welds looked good. Have only had a short time and only burned one fire but it worked as I hoped. Raising the logs off the ground allowed air to circulate and kept the fire going. This was the first time I have had all logs burn down completely. Logs laid flat across the surface and the grate was stable. Time will tell as to durability but very pleased so far.

The media could not be loaded. I like the idea of creating air flow in my fire pit. This product has many great reviews but one that did say the grate warped and sagged after one use. I took these pics/video after one use. As you can see, it did warp a little. I don’t feel this affects the overall performance of the product. It still does what I bought it for so I still give it 5 stars.

Solid and made well. Problem is the wholes in the grill are too big, you can’t get anything to lay flat. Burgers don’t work on it, or chicken, and steaks sag through to holes too if you not careful. Would be awesome if they would had made the grid a little tighter.

Weak in the middle. Started to deform down after first fire. I placed a brick under the grate to keep it from deforming further. The mfg could install some kind of leg in the middle to solve this. If I buy another one I will have a six inch circle or square of the same type of steel, with legs welded to the bottom before using.

I have a 30" fire pit and this fits perfectly. The steel is strong. I decided to not get the one with the ember retainer and didn't find it to be a big deal. At the very end of the fire the embers to do break down and go below it but if I really need a that I'll just put a screen on top of it. The ember retainer on the other one is too small to matter.

Heavy and appears to be well made, perfect fit for our fire pit.

Disappointing that just one 7 log fire warmed it to a red glow, causing the grate to sag heavily in the middle. Now we have a brand new grate with a pizza sized bowl in the center. Save your money.
