I seriously don’t like the taste of kale, but want to take advantage of the health benefits it affords. But I have no problem filling 00-size capsules with kale powder and taking a couple twice a day.Since this is the first kale powder I’ve purchased, I have no idea how it compares to others, or even how the potency of the powder compares to eating leaves. What I can say is that the powder is very fine making it one of the easiest products I’ve filled capsules with. The container holds enough to fill roughly 400 capsules.

I love this stuff! I have had digestive problems for years, continuously eliminating things from my diet in search of the right balance. No gluten, corn, dairy, etc, but still problems that I couldn't nail down. I bought this product on a whim and boy it has changed my life. I even ate cheese on Christmas! Still going to stick to my limited diet but I will buy this again and again. I ran out for a week and immediately my old problems resurfaced. When I began to take it again everything improved in 3 days. I have found that it tastes decent in warmed up coconut/almond milk. Highly recommend this product if you need help with digestion or just extra fiber in your diet.

The taste takes getting used to- next time i'll buy powdered kale that isn't fermented.

Great product and will definitely purchasing again! Adds extra nutrition to my daily smoothie and I love the distinct flavor that it adds! I can already tell my nails and hair are more resilient because of the added boost to my intake of this wonderful spin on kale!
