- This container improves the root system and stops root circling. When roots reach the inward pointing cones, they are directed outwards (in a regular pot, they simply deflect to the side, which starts the vicious process of root circling).
- When they reach the holes at the end of the outwards pointing cones, the tips of the roots dry up.
- This tricks the plant into growing more roots. It is excellent for transplanting seedlings and cuttings. Plants can be kept for one to two seasons before transplanting into a larger pot or directly in the garden.
