Sodium Sulfur Battery

This battery concept offered promise but was never able to be made safe. After twenty-five years of active research and development and millions of dollars, pounds and marks invested the funding dried up and the sodium-sulfur battery quietly disappeared. The book itself is not particularly well written and many of the graphs are too crowded that the point they are trying to make is lost in the confusion. It does, however, provide a record of what was done by the developers and for that it has some historical value, but certainly not worth the exorbitant cover price.
