Neutralizer Banish Odor Replacement Cartridge

Product smells good but I don't want to pay 1800 for something that's leaking I don't know why they don't package this product better

I cannot comment on the quality of the actual product, because the package arrived damaged with liquid leaking from it. Maybe purchase in store?

We have a (mandatory) grey-water irrigation system; when it comes on an unpleasant odour sometimes wafts into the house, depending on the temp and humidity level. I have this little odour-neutralizer hooked up via a smart plug to coincide with the timing of the watering.

Giving five stars even though I haven't used it often. The scent is nice. It is so silent that I thought it was broken. Takes a while to heat up but once it does you can smell it in the next room.

Kind of disapointed of the price for such a little unit and the refills,but it works. The smell is presently good and it does its job...

Works great at covering odors, but doesn't 'eliminate them' as I would have expected. Stronger smells can still be smelt under the guise of the Neutralizer, but they at least smell better.

It works ok, but not worth the price.

I'm really not that impressed with this product at all for the price, my good friend recommended this too, he has the larger one so maybe that's what you actually need to buy but at £85ish I'm not prepared to risk it.EDIT: I'm updating my review as I believe what I said before is a bit unfair, in hindsight I can now say that after having it a while, after a 'settle in' period....it actually works really well and I'm now seriously considering buying the bigger model.

the jury’s out on this one, been using for 5 weeks now and can’t tell if it’s covering the smell of smoke or not? doesn’t really smell of anything but then all of a sudden can catch a smell of it, is strange it’s like it doesn’t smell of anything then u smoke and suddenly can smell it. if ur thinking u can buy this plug it in ur room and smoke away with ppl able to come in even the next day and not be able to tell that you have been smoking in their is not going to happen it’s just that the smell might not be so powerful.

Bought this end of June and received it about a week later. I tried it the 1st time and seemed to work fine my room had a nice smell which was potent enough to cover any smells from the sticky icky when consumed. I put it away in my drawer and forgot i had till I found it again a few days ago, I used it again but it barely works now very little smell comes off it it doesn't seem to heat up any more I've even tried leaving on all night yet nothing still the same thing. The cartridge is still 90% full and gives off more of the smell when it's not connected to the main unit than when it is.
