Very pleasantly surprised by this product, firstly as it looks and feels much better than the price would suggest. Secondly the device works exactly as described and has been faultless during the week I’ve had it.I can’t comment on long term durability but what I can say is it’s surprising that it’s not more popular. It effectively has all the benefits of the hugely popular Tile system but without the battery shortcomings. You just charge it once a month when it alerts you to, no sending it back and paying every year like tile.Highly recommend and hope it becomes more popular as it will on get better the more users are part of the user driven mesh network for finding lost devices.

I purchased this item as a replacement for an iHere product that finally gave up the ghost. Fed up with waiting for the Nonda product to replaced (the only product at the time) that offered to recharge - i opted for this as it appears to be a similar offering at a cheaper price. The product arrived promptly and the app downloaded and installed easily and i was impressed with the louder sound, smaller & llighter body and off I went. I have a three of four key on my key ring, standard stuff and a key fob so not an over loaded set of keys and eveything worked really well. I especially like it when the app warns you that you need to reharge the unit soon.All was going fine for about six months then, as you can see from the photo I have supplied that the unit has snapped in two places around the connector. I now find this not safe to use with my keys and have relegated to my glasses (stuck on the inside of my case!) I am reluctant to buy another one of these as the whole purpose of the rechargieable one is less waste for the environment and the interactive app that seems to work pretty well for me! What a shame - I hope there will be a product update that makes the key ring robust as it needs to be.

I have been a Tile user for many years prior to this, and was expecting this to be a good rival having seen a couple of YouTube videos, but I was completely wrong!The application is extremely poorly made, takes ages to pair to the tracker and when you ring the FIND button to actually make it ring, nothing happens... I've tried using it 10+ times and it's only managed to work twice. Hopefully it will be fixed in future updates, however in its current form I cannot recommend and have to say it's just an expensive keyring that doesn't do anything. The only thing that it has going for it is that the design is actually quite nice, it's small, compact and it's rechargeable, however, none of these things matter if it doesn't ring when it's supposed to!

Advertised as a month of battery life and whilst I didn't believe this I was surprised to find even without using that the life was less than 24 hrs. Never managed it get it to ring my phone from the key press

Works great simple and clean app to go with them. I had Tile before and this a better. Save your money and get this product. It better and cheaper
