Would NOT Recomend: Here's why...
I bought these boots a few months ago, they fit perfect and they worked great for a while maybe a month. Well since I where them all day long my feet tend to sweat as most peoples feet do sweat. I noticed that the sweat and moisture started seeping out from the inside out. These boots are supost to be waterproof and after talking to Redwing shoes and calling Timberland themself I found out that sweat from whereing them all day is not supost to be seeping out at all. So then I realised that sweat from whereing the boots all day seeping out of the boots is not normal or supost to happen. So Redwing said that they thought this was a manafacturing issue and that I should mail them to Timberland and take use of the year warrenty that comes with all "Pro" serise boots from Timberland. So I did take use of this warrenty but before I mailed them to the customer service repair center I emailed a representative the same photos as shown in this review and explained that these dark spots on the boots came from my feet sweating and after sweat and moisture seeping out so many times over every day that the boots started to turn dark in these areas and mold. Oh and if your wondering why not just clean these spots off, well I tryed to with multiple boot cleaners and also Redwing was nice enough to try and clean them even though they are not Redwing boots at all. So after emailing these photos the guy I belive his name is Ben replyed back that he thinks these dark spots are oil spots and not a manafacture issue. I am thinking at this point how can it be oil or any other substence when I where them inside a school building all day long where there are no oil spots and I know I did not step in oil. Litterly I can watch as my feet sweat all day the sweat slowly seeping out from the inside. I mailed the boots to the Timberland customer service center with the required info attactched and they mailed them back saying that after a complete inspection of the boots there is no manafacture error and that the dark spots are from oil or some other non manufacture related issue. So what I get from this is Timberland is NOT an honorable company and also that there boots are supose to get dark spots from the sweat from whereing them seeping out. My next thought is to NEVER purchase from Timberland again and from now on buy Red Wing boots, Red Wing was very nice about an issue that was not even there brand boot and Timberland could care less about my issue.
