Sturdy and value for money
the article is sturdy and value for money. I didn't get fasteners inside the box for fixing. I fixed locker myself. Once sold, the company doesnt care to send technician for fixing/installation

Door misaligned. Not opening with the key. Already replaced once
Received this product.But its locked and there is no key or user manual. How to open it first time.I think there is something inside , may be key, batteries and user manual but what's the use if I can not open it.Will chnage the rating once I receive information on how to move forward.Nov 16 - Got a replacement. Process was seamless. However, the safe did not open even with the key as the door was misaligned. (Pictures attached) Have no choice but to return again. Quality issues with a product like a safe gives no comfort
