Takes some fiddling
I used these to hang some shop lights from my garage ceiling. The toggle bolt anchor is pretty good but the locking feature using a bolt & washer doesn't really snug down as much as I'd like. But does the job. As long as someone doesn't fiddle with things to much it'll be fine.
