This light is really bright. Stays on the book really well and is flexible so you can move it into different positions.My only complaint is the battery. Is is not secure at the back and so really easy to get in to. It’s a button battery and so dangerous for young children. Should not be accessible without a screwdriver.

This is my new must have thing. I have a long term concussion so anything less than perfect lighting totally destroys my ability to read comfortably before i bought this, it's lightweight, flexible, bright white and will easily illuminate a book that lays flat and is the same size as a sheet of a4 (also clipped it to the draft of my dissertation to proofread so that's not an idle statement) and slips into bag/pocket for easy transport.

This is perfect! It’s bright and light and great for snuggling up in bed for some reading before you go to sleep!

The product is lightweight and pretty but for me it isn’t functional.Lots of reviews say it’s really bright but I find its not strong enough and I still get eye strain. The small arm means it lights the top of the page but towards the bottom it isn’t bright enough. I also have to switch it from side to side when I turn the page. If I bend the light towards the other page the light isn’t strong enough and it falls off.Bottom line is that it doesn’t make for comfortable and undisrupted reading.

Even though the product started off very well, I am a little disappointed. Firstly the battery cover behind the LED can slip off pretty easily, when pressing a finger with pressure, soon even lightly. Although the battery life is pretty good, you can easily notice it's deteriation overtime. However for me, replacing the battery and using it from there, certainly does not give it the value of £7. After replacing the coin battery(s?) in fiddling frustration, it easily started to flicker if any pressure is applied lightly, therefore applying some blue-tack between the cover and the battery has fortunately improved constant performance. Nevertheless it occasionally still flickers and I really need to apply high pressure (on back) in order to operate the LED.Despite the inclusion of a bookmark along with the partly-premium feeling, you are better off looking for other LED bookmarks or at least avoid buying it in green.General performance = 5/5
