I bought this product to use as a Dirty Santa gift when we had our family Christmas gathering. I really wanted to keep it for myself so I hoped it would somehow come back to me. As it happened, I drew #1 which meant, I would have the final turn to keep what I had or steal a gift from someone else. I didn't hesitate to grab this massager/heated seat cover!Came packaged very nicely, which is a plus. I sit in front of my computer at least 16 hours per day and couldn't wait to get this attached to my computer chair. Was so easy to put on. Nice elastic bands to hold it in place. I tried out all the different settings and had my very first back massage! It looks pretty classy on the chair. I've already gotten compliments on how nice it fit on the chair. The controller is on my right side and fits perfectly into an attached pocket.I have a lot of back problems and right now, am suffering with a very active sciatic nerve that goes from the lower back and down the leg. The heat and vibration definitely lessens that pain. The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is make a cup of tea and turn the massage on to get my day going. I also use it about mid-day and again, just before going to bed. I am always cold so I especially like the heat! I can turn the vibrations off and just enjoy the heat.My only negative is not the fault of the unit. My chair back is on the low side so the area at the top of the massage doesn't get used. Would I recommend this to someone else? You bet, I would!

Finally, a great seat massager. Of the several I've used over many years, this one is by far the best. I use it on my office chair not in my car. Fits seat securely and comfortably. Remote is handy and easy to use. Vibrates at either of 2 speeds quietly, and the heater does the job well. Shuts off automatically, and the cord is able to be detached easily without removing the plug from the outlet. I've used it daily now for several months, and it still operates problem-free.

The seat vibration failed about a year in. Not very strong vibration. Heat is good.

I really wasn't expecting to be able to use this while traveling, but it comes with a power plug to use in the car. I have 10 fused vertebra and road trips I dread this is really helping to easy the pains of riding in the car.I also sit at a computer for 12-16 hours a day and its nice to set up on my chair and be able to get that much needed massage occasionally.

Only a few of the things work anymore

If you buy one, you might as well buy two! The family will be fighting over it. It's comfortable, quiet, and it just wonderful after a long day at work or a long day of working around the house, especially after mopping, vacuum cleaning or doing laundry. My in on a recliner, I turn on a movie, lean back and enjoy!

The heat stopped working, it didn’t last a year. When working, it was great.

I really like this pad. The foam is firm and feels like it is going to last. So far ( about 3 weeks) the heat and massage function work as expected.
