Master Labs Soft Chairs HIGH Back Sigma REVOLVING Office Chair with Metal Base PP Handle (Black)

Needless to say it was a steal at such a price, the best part it was sturdy and comfortable like any other premium ergonomic chair available in the market and that too at half the cost. They sent me a 2 part product, everything almost pre installed in a package. As mentioned i contacted the number provided and the guy helped me in fixing the body to the base b/c i apparently was using the wrong junction to attach the base. Overall, would recommend anyone and everyone to go for it. My only qualm was that the wheels are not lockable but but is stable enough to stay at a place without any movement and given the A-class product and the humble seller, i would say go for it. As of the product itself, will update after a few months about its performance. I just noticed the stitches under the seats are stapled, although they look sturdy, but I am sure it could have been better stitched and won’t last as long as the threaded ones anD hence deducting a star

The packageing was absolutely rubish. The box was torn there was no instruction manual. Seat was torn handel is not as shown in the box

Isn't worth of 3.5k... The iron used in the backside is rusted

Didn't receive the same as shown in the picture but got a good one.

The only thing that is worst was the packing very horrible.The assembly was very easy it took just 5mins and it's also a great quality the wheels move very freely and best purchase for this price.Only undertigh support was not good for reference I'm 5'7". Overall good product

They are giving quality product and even t year warranty
