Much easier than I thought to put together and looked great!!

I ordered this product and got the wrong letter so i could only spell grad. Very upset by this espically because there’s not a lot of different words to choose from… Didn’t realize this until a few hours before my party so had to throw the whole word away. Very disappointed.

Once it was assembled I noticed the letters slowly deflating. The valves leaked a bit so I had to tape them shut. After that they looked great.

Product would have been great except that 2 letters were missing so I am unable to complete the banner. Unfortunately, not able to return and get a replacement as event is tomorrow.

Would be really great if they letters included spelled the phrase we purchased. There was no O included for CONGRATS, instead they put a U in place of it in the package. Very disappointing but no time to return as graduation is tomorrow. I'll tape it together at the top to look more like an O.

The D kept deflating and was pumped about 3 times needed it for a photoshoot Couldn’t use it for our paid photoshoot

Unfortunately, there was no "o" in this pack of balloons, but there was a "u". I am going to try to cinch the top to make it look more like an o but if you are considering buying this, I would recommend going with another option.

Bought these for a graduation party and couldn’t use them AT ALL! Three didn’t even inflate must have had a whole somewhere and all but 3 had a slow leak. Totally useless! Ruined my photo spot Since I didn’t have anything else to use in its place.
