I liked the quality of water. But there is no way to check if it's alkaline or not. Installation guy only checked the ph level. And we paid 2950/- extra at the time of installation as some essential spare parts are not send along with the ro. So be prepared to pay 3k extra to get this installed as they didn't mention it anywhere on the AmazonAfter 6 months of using, pcb stopped working. Its in warranty and they are replacing it free of cost but what if it stops working after 6 months again. It costs 3500

I'm writing this review after use of this product over 1.5 year.This is worst product. I don't know is this with all Aqua guard or only with this model.You have to buy AMC every year, And with AMC you will get one time internal filters. and those filters comes with some sort of chip (timer) God knows how it works due to which doesn't matter that filter's life is over or not but at certain time it will automatically cut off water supply for Aquaguard.In my case in first 8 months filters stops working so I'd to buy AMC (even in warranty period) and after around 5 month of same use again filters working stops so now I've to buy either new filter or new AMC ( existing AMC not expired yet)So : AMC 2700₹ + New AMC or filter around 2000₹-2700₹Yearly cost goes to 4700₹-5400₹ Which is very costly and this is not even a RO purifier.Not happy with product.

Storage capacity 6L is enough for 5-6 members in a family. Instalation is easy to mount in a wall. We need to purchase filter extra from Instalation guy which worth 1150/-

Value for money

No One comes for Installation of RO even after multiple Follow ups.If you are buying this be prepared to pay for installation service as no one from Eureka Forbes comes to install it.This is the worst experience of buying RO in exchange offer as they took the old one and no one is coming to install the new one.DO NOT BUY EUREKA FORBES, UNLESS YOU LIKE PATHETIC SERVICE OF THIS BRAND.I had to call someone from Urban Company to install the RO which took ₹800 for installation.Go for any other Brand I will not recommended Eureka Forbes.I am giving 1 Star Just because of their service.Rewriting after Installation:Had to escalate the case to senior and got someone next day to install the RO.Product is good, You can trust the product.

Best product and very fast service

One of the worst water purifier used in my life from Eureka forbes.. initially it worked well but within three months problem started. To fill 7 litres of tank it took 1.30 hrs and 50 to 60Ltrs of wastage water. Complaint raised to Eureka forbes.First Technician came and cleaned the filters and said it will solve the issue. it will not take more than 45min to fill the tank. Problem didnot solved and it took 2+ hrs and 80 to 90Ltrs of water. Again raised the ticket with Eureka Forbes. Another technician came ,he said PCB has to be replaced and as there was no stock and he has to order it and then he will come replace it. Ticket was closed.Again raised the complaint. Now another technician came , he said the there is no problem with PCB. it was the filters that was gone and he said the system was designed to show the indicators and the indicators of no use. He said he will do in such a way that indicators will not work and only one red indicator will be blinking. He changed whole system and went away. He said call him if it takes more time to fill. We called him on next day. he said I will not come and someone will come and replace the RO membarane. No one turned up for two days. Again I raised a complaint and technician closed the complaint and customercare executive calls and asks for the confirmation to close the ticket.This is really frustrating thing. Amazon please note this kind of seller... Eureka Forbes people are saying that they will sell only the scrap products in Amazon. They are blaming you people So please be aware of these kind of sellers.Eureka Forbes: Please don't sell this kind of products and don't send the technicians who doesn't have the proper knowledge about the product.

I am really glad and happy that the the manufacturer have their eyes on the reviews posted here and they are being looked at with utmost sincerity. Although dissapointed initially, I am finally happy with the resolution.The water purifier is leaking water from edges and messing up the kitchen counter. I had to call in for service three times with in a month of using this purifier. Each time, it took the service team a week to show up. The water leak problem is still unresolved. I would suggest to go for a water filter with good customer friendly service. Please stay away from Eureka Forbes products and most importantly, do not get fooled by their speed of product installation as the speed of service is very much different and always delayed.***Update: Reaffirming their Sloppy ServiceSomeone from Eureka Forbes looked at this review and called me. He was very impatient and kept interrupting me when i was trying to explain the problem. He promised to resolve the complaint that was pending for 2 weeks and also gave me his cell phone number. Guess what, nothing happened 3 days later and he does not answer my calls. This reaffirms the sloppy service you will get from Eureka Forbes.
