Very sturdy and holds my note 10+ with ease. I took it on the highway as well going 80pmh and didn't loose my phone from the wind. It is a great product. I love the fact I don't need to carry my usb charger with me anymore wireless charge is a plus.

Simple review- I can’t address installation or anything past that since I didn’t get that far. The item came quickly, on the date promised. However, upon testing the fit, I could see immediately that it would not work with an Otterbox case. Technically, it fit, but loosely. The slightest shaking and the phone will flying.Now, another reviewer already mentioned that it wouldn’t charge his phone with the Otterbox and that he had to replace it with a thinner case, but I want to emphasize that, in my experience, the phone doesn’t really fit at all, regardless of charging. That part wasn’t as important to me: I expected that to be the case and was prepared to use the USB port.For the record, I have an iPhone XR

I have a BIG phone and this thing is great. I have the Galaxy Note9 with a slim case and the charger holds really well and charges well. I had to remove my otterbox thick case when the phone would not charge on any wireless chargers at all. So I already had a thin case on it and it's never had an issue with charging or stability.I own a small bike (Suzuki Savage S40) and the cord was just long enough to get to the battery without issue.Best upgrade to my stripped down cruiser that I've made yet. Really love the option to go on longer rides using GPS and music and not have to worry about phone battery dying on me.

Nice unit. The instructions could use some help. Charged my phone, through its case (as it should). I hooked it up directly to the battery, but will be moving to a switched connection as the power switch is very small (and on the backside of the unit, the power on indicator on the side. It would be nice if both were moved to the front and the switch made to work with gloves).

Using for iPhone 12 Pro Max on VTX1300r Cruiser.Concerned of not only shock absorbent but security as well. Did apply included rubber molding for shock reduction plus added strip of Velcro for security. Due to molding, wireless charging rendered useless but worth trade off $1200+ phone. So far, mount feels secure. Option of using USB and ability to turn off charging huge plus.
