Petlinks System Mix N Scratch Seagrass Refill

It's kind of hard to rate and explain my use of this item. I have the origional scratching ramp that these are made as replacements for and my cats use them intermittently.Bboth my cats love playing with the over the door scratching toy that is made with the coarse rope with lambswool on each end by rolling endlessly over and over while it is not attached to the door BUT one of them eats the rope which is not good for him or my Cat Genie self flushing litterbox. So I stripped the rope and lambswool fragments from the over the door scratching toy and stitched two of these replacement pads over the piece of compressed wood rectangular base which the replacement pads fit perfectly. It was a lot of work doing the stitching because of the high quality of the replacement pads. The cats have slowly begun to use the improvised toy so with time I'm sure it will become a well loved toy just as it was in the past. The sturdiness and high quality structure of the pads lead me to believe that it, just like the original ramps with the pads, will withstand years of kitty clawing.

This is very misleading. It shows two refills but you only receive one. I would've been better off just buying a whole new scratcher.

I agree that this is very misleading...picture clearly shows 2 pads but you only get 1. Also no catnip refill...As the other reviewer said, you would be better off just buying an entirely new scratching ramp that comes with a pad and catnip.
