Poor packaging, damaged product.
The product is great. I buy this all the time. They changed packaging and this week it arrived in an envelope. Containers were open and leaking. I left a message asking for a refund or replacement but one of the requirements is to return the product which seems unreasonable because they certainly can’t resell it. I did not have any other options and received no response. Unfortunate because I have enjoyed the convenience of ordering this for 10 years. Will try brick and mortar going forward.

Picky ElGato likes Sheba
My cat likes Sheba even tho he's suppose to be on a urinary, prescription diet. I guess he gets tired of the same thing - and he's not fond of the dry, prescription cat food - so he really jumps on the variety Sheba has. Only thing, he eats about 4 or 5 of the snap-apart sides plus his wet prescription food (one can), and some of his other dry food. He's been doing good as far as the urinary issue, or so it appears.

Check the box
The package arrived right on time. When I opened the box, there was a slight wetness on the inside. Upon further inspection, I found that two of the portions had slits in the covers and that is where the leakage was from. Check your packages when they arrive. Otherwise, Sheba is great and my cats love it.

Great seller!
My cat loves the product and I find it economical. But I want to praise the seller, 4paws. Due to weather, covid, etc, my catfood wasn't arriving. The seller was totally great to work with and stayed in communication. 5 stars 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 for 4paws. Julie

Came as Pate, we ordered the "In Gravy"
Product itself was fine, but watch because the description/selection we made was for the cuts in gravy style and we received the flavors in the Pate version.

I always know that when I put these two flavors down that my cats will finish the entire bowl and that makes it a great value for me!

Sheba with Gravy
My cats love this food for the gravy and what they don't eat the dog loves finishing up which isn't much because the portion size is just right for my two cats who are finicky eaters.

Great Seller, Speedy Delivery
I had requested cancellation of this item but am happy now that I wasn't successful. (Too far along in the shipping process). Seller responded promptly to my text. My kitty craves Sheba Cuts. Highly recommend Benzema Store! 😃
