It is true to size, but it is a form fitting set, so you'll have to take that into account.I am 5'8, Size 0, and a C 32. The small fit perfectly.The bra cups are removable triangular pads, and the fabric is a nice and thick material. I've washed this on delicate a few times and dried it (I don't hang dry, I'm too lazy for that), and so far it is holding up.

The padding is removable in the bra, I’m not a huge fan of that. I went with the medium because I read on the reviews it kinda ran small and I’m glad I did. I wear a size 28 pants, everything fits me well top and bottom I’m also a 34c. Hope that helps, all in all super cute. The pants band around the waist hides my pudge and makes it more flattering.

The top had no support, which sucks for someone with size G boobs :( The shorts are cute from the front but pancake the ass. Not the cutest thing to see. Also the leg holes are a bit restricting. I had to pull them all of the way over my quads so then it wouldn’t suffocate me.

absolutely love this set. got so many compliments while hiking and very supportive. definitely buy if you’re on the fence buy it. also very true to size

Not the best quality, the shorts are 110% see through, however it would be good for lounging. Straps are also pretty weak and don’t hold the girls up.

This is my first athletic set from amazon and I am shocked with the quality. It's thick enough to hold you in at the waist and not show sweat even through an intense workout (and being a sweaty gal)! Cute pattern - I'm smaller on top so the size S-M fit perfectly although the bottoms are quite tight, any tighter and I probably would've returned. I'd size up if you have a larger chest or booty!

This set is SO CUTE and comfortable! The shorts didn't rise up at all! I'm so impressed. I got a small in the set and usually am between a sm/med and this fit perfectly.

This set is great. Def not cheap, material is thick, not see through. Just runs a bit small but I’m super happy with my purchase.
