Greatest Racing Game of 2016
I had recently upgraded from my Xbox 360 to an Xbox One and only had one game - Forza Motorsport 6. It was a great game, however, it got boring after I finished the campaign. Having owned the original Forza Horizon, I was hyped for the release of the third installment of Forza's Horizon series. I have never pre-ordered a video game before, however, I knew Horizon 3 had to be good, and it was. Here is my review of Forza Horizon 3.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Gameplay:Compared to the previous Horizon games, Horizon 3 offers way more gameplay customization, most notably Horizon Blueprint. Horizon Blueprint allows you to change almost every aspect of an event - the number of laps, time of day, weather, car theme, etc. - to your liking. There are many different types of car themes, too, such as Rally Icons, American Muscle, and Subaru vs. Mitsubishi, or you could restrict cars to a certain manufacturer, country, or even restrict cars down to the make and model. Speaking of events, there are many different things to do in Horizon 3. You can do exhibition races, Bucket List Challenges, Street Races, or my favorite, Championships which allow you to select up to 10 routes and customize each race in it. There are also Showcase events, carried down from the previous Horizon games, which unlock at a certain number of fans. These are a lot of fun and involve pitting you up against crazy opponents, such as blimps, trains, and even racing speedboats. Long story short, Forza Horizon 3 offers a much more diverse and customizable gameplay experience than any other racing game out there. My only complaint about the gameplay is that it sometimes gets to be too easy. I play on the hardest difficulty, and when I get too far in front of the Drivatars, they drive impossible fast to catch up to me. Other than that, Forza Horizon 3 has a great gameplay experience that is unlike no other.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Graphics:Forza Horizon 3 looks incredible. Everything about the game just looks so realistic. The game is set in Australia and the entire map is just so detailed and lifelike. The cars are also very detailed, and you can examine each and every one of them in Forzavista. In my opinion, Forza Horizon 3 is the best-looking racing game of 2016. It just looks that good.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Car List:For the third installment in the Horizon series, everyone expected the car list to be bigger and better, and Horizon 3 lived up to that expectation. There are so many different cars in Horizon 3, from beach buggies and hypercars to classic cars and rally cars. Forza Horizon 3 covers pretty much every car category in the world. The car list even features the Reliant Robin, the three-wheeled car. Even though some people will be disappointed by the lack of Volkswagen in Horizon 3, it definitely makes up for it with the wide range of 350 cars and counting, with more being added every month as DLC car packs for $7. Simply put, Forza Horizon 3 has one of the most diverse car lists ever found in a racing game.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conclusion:Forza Horizon 3, in my opinion, is easily the best racing game of 2016. With the setting being beautiful Australia, incredible graphics, customizable gameplay, and a vast and diverse car list, Forza Horizon 3 is well worth the $40 Amazon asks for it. Forza Horizon 3 is a great improvement over the already amazing Forza Horizon 2 and is the best racing game of all time. If you have $40 to spend on a racing game, look no further.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pros:- Unique customizable gameplay- Incredible graphics- Huge and diverse car listCons:- Annoying DrivatarsIf you found this review helpful I would appreciate it if you clicked the "helpful" button below this review. Thanks!

As a fan of the previous two Forza Horizon games, I was really looking forward to this one. It didn't disappoint!
As a fan of the previous two Forza Horizon games, I was really looking forward to this one. It didn't disappoint!First, let's get this out of the way: This is probably the best-looking video game I've ever played. Ever. Yes, the PC version can run at 4K while the Xbox One is stuck at 1080p, but I have to say I've never seen a better-looking game. Rise of the Tomb Raider is a distant second. Now, I just got the game today, so this won't be in-depth. In case you've never played a Forza Horizon game, the concept is pretty ingenious. You start out in an area (the Colorado Rockies in FH1, southern France in FH2, and Australia in FH3) and race at festival events, attempting to get money and experience to buy upgrades or even better cars. After a while, you're pretty much free to roam the entire countryside, including off-road. The game goes from a detailed arcade/sim racer to one of discovery and delight. For example, in FH3 I was busting through the woods along a newly-discovered access road when I came upon a beautiful waterfall . Time to stop, look at the scenery, and perhaps even take a picture of your car sitting in front of it! There are roads, races, special cars, various cash/experience bonus boards, speed cameras, and other things to discover. Now, one thing they added in FH2 was water/rain effects. In FH3, these effects are much, much better. It can start raining in the middle of a race, and by the time it stops you'll find puddles strewn across the road. You can bust through creeks or skirt the edge of the ocean if you like. Time of day effects and dynamic weather changes really help immerse you in the game. The cars are a good mix of local Australian cars like the Maloo, the Ute, and the Falcon, along with hypercars, classic sports cars, SUVs, buggies, pickups, muscle cars, etc. from across the world. They're all gorgeous, and each handles like you'd expect. The difference between driving a heavy Range Rover and a buggy along the sandy beach is quite convincing. This game also brings in some new gameplay features, such as the incredible multiplayer modes where you can make your own Horizon Festival, set up your own races and challenges, and then invite others to your Festival. Exhibition races are always fun, like the first one where you're racing against an old, old Jeep through the woods, with the Jeep dangling beneath a helicopter as it swings above and through the trees. Its things like these that keep the game interesting.I'll return and update the review after I play more of the game. Even so, I can already recommend it wholeheartedly.

Forza Horizon 3 Is The Best Raing Game Of The Year. Not Greatest Racing Game Ever Like Fanboys Say.
Well after spending more hours behind the cockpit of this newest entry to the racing world, I spotting a few things that needs to be pointed out, I'm ready to review this item with ZERO bias. ZERO hype. I'm no professional reviewer, not being sponsored. Nothing. I just know there's a whole bunch of people out there who wants to know more about the game, without being charged up on the hype train.Forza Horizon 3, is certainly not this MAJOR leap from Horizon 2 like the fanboys and overly hyped are saying. But I would love to say it's a great step in right direction. Let me begin by saying, that FINALLY we get a racing game that's not set in LA or Tokyo. Australia is great setting for car culture and adventure. The wild life is a nice touch. Both human and beast. (Yes. I just referred humanity to wildlife for obvious reasons.) Racing games have a reputation of being lifeless, and while this game is just SPRINGING with life, like there's not a gang of kangaroos hopping and evading the Horizon festival, there's enough to let you know that the world is alive. It's also a nice touch that the game starts you off as "being the boss", instead of the cliche "work your way to the top" approach most games insist on taking. I'm sure this has been said over a million times, you being the boss, controlling Horizon Festival and all. Create your own tournaments, exhibition races, bucketlist challenges, and send them to your friends to enjoy. Speaking of friends. Ever wanted to shoot a video of your friends cutting up in their cars, but you didn't have a decent camera to do so with? Well the all new drone mode changes that. Get amazing shots of cars, and the landscape with dramatic effects to post up to youtube for the rest of the world to see. Really cool and yes I'll say it "cute" feature to have. And the dynamic weather changes is much better from Horizon 2. It's not raining every to minutes! In Horizon 2, everytime you turn around to sneeze it started to rain. Made you think "how gloomy can a person be, to make them want to make a game where it's raining almost ALL the time.". That's been balanced out here in Horizon 3, and that is a most WELCOMED change. The car list is just as healthy as it was in Horizon 2. What do you expect from a racing franchise based off car culture? The car customization is just as well as well. The details are spot on, and not one mismatched or out of place part I can speak of. Proportions are all right, and solid. The engine swaps are an awesome feature. Putting a V12 inside of a S13 is insane, and 4 rotor in a Mustang is just batty, But you can do just that. Build a proper street machine, a straight up race machine, or an off road terrorizer. The choice is yours. I'm sure the games main attraction was the inclusion of widebody kits. In fact, I'm positive that's where all this hype is coming from. Who wouldn't want to throw a rocket bunny kit on a FRS/BRZ, and add many decals and graphics to your ride? But this introduction of widebody kits is the games double edged sword. *sigh* time to piss off the fanboys...But I'm gonna say it, although the customization is slightly larger than other Forza games, it's still NOWHERE near the Likes of Need For Speed. You only get about 19 cars to do such major customization on, Not all are widebody of course. Like the old muscle cars get blowers and that's about it. But nowhere near the depths of the likes of Need For Speed or even The Crew for that matter. You can't change the head or taillights, exhaust tips, and add decals on the windows of your cars like you could on Need For Speed. And of course some cars still have nothing to offer instead of the preset Forza upgrades like front bumper lips and the wing signature Forza wing.Another problem I'm still having is that the game STILL FORCES you to go off road. Even when you obviously DON'T want to. It makes since if you have an offroad machine. But when I'm cruising in my clean street rides, and going to a location on the map, maybe I want to keep it clean and not risk it getting damaged or clean for the sake of not damaging my work of street art? Forcing even a race car to go off road just to get to a certain location just BUGS me to know end. When I'm cutting up in my Rally Fighter, then I'll consider going off road crazy. But when I'm in my Honda NSX-R or Audi R8 or C5 Z06, I want to hear about cutting threw fields and wrecked ship grave yards to get to any location!Plus it seems like the developers of the game are still stuck in the past of "no replacement for displacement". It was evident when I passed threw one of the speed traps, and only got a two star rating the woman calls me and says "come back with a bigger engine to go faster". Really? In the days where people are turning over 1500hp in inline6 Supras and Skylines, I have to have a bigger engine to get better speed? The tuning throttling is annoying as well. Got an RB26 R32, R33 or R34? Cars we all know are capable of handling well over 900 horsepower. But nope. I took a R33, and the most I can squeeze out of it was 621hp. But you can take a EB110, and make it one of the fastest cars in the game. Luckely it had a V12. Because that's the only sure fire way of getting those 1320 style power ratings. Just doesn't seem reasonable to me,The point system might need a little combing as well. Not major. But sometimes when I'm drifting, it seems like the scoring just purpouslystops. And that gets really annoying. And I get to the biggest problem of all. The cheesy acting. Yes. It's cheesy. Very cheesy. The radio DJ's or cringe worthy. The people who associate with are just as corny. That Warren guy. Maaaan. There was a part in the game where he goes all fangirl emotional over a barn find Holden. And I'm sitting there thinking "really". The acting in Horizon 3 is no improvement over the previous Horizons guys. Sorry.I would really love to see some features added in future dlc packs. And I really want to see a 4th gen fbody Camaro SS and Trans Am WS6 finally make an appearance as well. Come on. We've got the C5 Z06 and 1995 Cobra R. And the Monte Carlo SS. The 4th gen Camaro SS and Trans Am isn't much to ask for.I'm sure I'm missing things, but I'm gonna give the game more play time, and come back for things. As of now, this is as unbiased and rational and helpful I can be. Forza Horizon 3 is certainly the best racing game of the year. But CERTAINLY not the greatest racing game EVER like the fanboys want everyone to believe. Go into this game with realistic expectations and you'll let yourself be impressed and left wanting more.

One of the best open world games EVER...with tons of playability. Huge fun. Literally a masterpiece.
I love this game. It is incredibly well done. There is so much to keep you busy...I have spent more than 30 hours playing and have only dented what can be done. What I want to emphasize is that this is more than a driving game. Granted the driving is beautifully done, the cars look amazing, and the difficulty and tuning options offer a literally limitless replayability. But Forza is also a hide and seek game with hundreds of things to find including nearly 500 different roads, 16 secret car finds (as of now), and the option to seek out unlimited rivals all over the map. There is also an auction system that allows you to bid on and sell custom cars. Again, a really great feature. Then there are hundreds of challenges including, speed traps, long jumps, drift zones and more. But one of the most innovative and appealing features is the blue print challenge which allows you to select any car and choose from several types of challenges, set the bar, and the challenge the world. It is such a neat idea. You can take a Lamborghini and jump it off a cliff or take a 3 wheeled cart and challenge your friends to a speed challenge. The online play is huge fun. You can run challenge races against your friends, try to match their challenges, or join their team and try to co-op you way around Australia. It is extremely fun and easy to join and host.I finally, after nearly 2 complete days of playing, took the game out of the Xbox. Not because I am tired of it in any way, but because I want to save some challenges and races for the winter months. And the DLC, adding dozens of routes and dozens of cars makes me put this gem in my back pocket for a later day. But I will never let go of this game. It will be fun forever. One thing to note is the car DLC that is present from minute one. There are many great cars that require a dollar or two to open. I hate this because even in the auctions, if you bid on a car, you have to have already downloaded that car...which costs real money. That being said, there are more than 400 cars included without additional cost. So there is plenty of fun to be hadThis is an excellent game. One of the best, more involved, and overall fun games I have played in awhile. For me, this is a game that makes Xbox worth owning all by itself.

Forza Horizon 3 is absolutely fantastic, it proves to be the pinnacle of arcade racing and racing games in general.
Forza Horizon 3 caught my attention from the moment it was announced.I've been playing Forza since it's first release on the Original Xbox and it become my racing game of choice. That said, I've always enjoyed more arcade-y, do whatever you want racers. When I saw the first Forza Horizon, I was very excited, though I ended up missing it. Forza Horizon 2 though, really caught my eye. The beautiful and huge open world amalgamation of France, Italy and Spain, combined with Forza's stunningly crafted cars and handling made Horizon 2 a blast! So of course, when I saw Horizon 3, I knew I had to have it. Where the Forza Motorsports half of the series signature is hyper detailed tracks, cars and simulation handling; The Forza Horizon half of the series has really been building their reputation for bringing you to breath taking locales to explore in beautiful cars while bringing that festival energy to the game. Forza Horizon 2 really did this well, but I have to admit, Forza Horizon 3 has hit it out of the park.Forza Horizon 3 is the first full next gen title in the series. By that I mean Forza Horizon 2 was developed partially on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. My point is, it shows. Horizon 3 has amazing vistas, from flying along the beach watching the beautiful sky in a Lamborghini, ripping through the city in a Viper, sliding along the valleys and hills of farmland in a Ford Raptor, monster trucking in rally trucks through the jungle and leaping over red desert mounds in the buggies, you get to rip across all kinds of landscapes in any vehicle you want. It all looks fantastic, there is plenty to see and do in Australia. These are all improvements on the formula of first two Forza Horizons, but what's new? Well, this time around you get to choose from various(limited) player models to appear in your car and an alias for your number 1 to refer to you as throughout the game. Oh and you are the boss of the Horizon Festival, this is a major change to the formula. In this case, you get the choice to modify each championship via what cars that can be driven, the time of day, rain or sunshine and name it. This is a cool feature I enjoyed as you don't have to worry about getting stuck racing C grade hatchbacks, I dunno, that was always boring to me.While it's a cool feature, I did feel like it didn't make as big an impact as I'd hoped story wise, but experience wise, it does make it a lot more fun to choose your own races. Or you can just go with the options presented as well. You also get to choose how your festivals grow. You can choose what regions to expand too and upgrade each festival. It's cool to unlock more races and see visible upgrades to the festival Zone. There are now 'street races' that you can participate in to build up to Midnight Battles, basically a one on one race for slips. It's pretty fun. I will say, when choosing Extreme Off Road races, I didn't feel like the race tracks were designed quite as well as I'd hoped, to utilize to rugged terrain. All in the, the base game is fantastic. The cars look great, the weather and rain is a great edition and looks fantastic. Land is filled with beautiful vistas to see and roads and areas to explore. The cars also definitely all feel and drive differently as well. One of my only dislikes is that in Horizon 2 you got to see and drive around with the festival boss and they interesting conversations. The festival mechanic was also in some cut scenes that were neat. While you hear your number 1 a lot, you never see her. You also only get to see the back of your mechanic who helps you with barn finds, I feel like it takes from their character and from it feeling like a general interactions.Going to the expansions, Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels, they are both great additions. Blizzard Mountain features snow for the first time in the whole Forza series and its very impressive. Seeing your tires leave imprints in the snow is satisfying and of course all the challenges of handling in that terrain. The area is nice to look at as well.Maybe one of the biggest changes the expansion introduces is a new system to how you score on races. A 3 star system is introduced and besides winning the race, there are two other objectives to complete during the races. Say you win the race, but to get the other two stars in that particular race you must drift into 20 poles and also reach 120 MPH during the race. These accumulative stars unlock more races, so completing the secondary objectives in the race becomes crucial. It's sort of a nice changes up for the game play, though I feel like it was done better in the expansion following it. I found Blizzard Mountain difficult enough with out the added game play mechanic. Blizzard Mountain is definitely the hardest section on Horizon 3.The Hot Wheels expansion really takes the arcade racing genre to a new level. The tracks are absolutely mind bending and racing on them is always exciting. While you would think that Hot Wheels tracks could never be graphically impressive, Playground Games has definitely proven that wrong. Each track piece has grooves running through them and the massive posts and metal that connects them is jaw dropping when viewed from a distance. When the track has the sun directly behind it, whether blue or orange, it glows through the plastic track impressively. At night, there are either lights on small posts or embedded in the wall of the track to light the way.Meanwhile the islands that are conjoined by the tracks and the beautiful water below all look great. The only thing downside I found to it, is I didn't feel the cities were lively enough. There's two parts of the Expansion that should have people partying, one of which is a large island with skyscrapers. The island with Skyscrapers basically has no one there visible. Besides the amazing loop de loop, twisting and turning tracks, you also get Animatronic dinosaurs blotting the islands and a few cool Hot Wheels cars to race with. It is a Gem and personally I think it could have been a game all to itself.I was able to purchase the base game from Amazon for about $35 brand new during a sale. I also bought the car pass and expansion pass at discounted prices as well on Xbox Live with the Gold Membership. Forza Horizon 3 is absolutely fantastic, it proves to be the pinnacle of arcade racing and racing in general. From highly customizable and upgrade-able beautifully detailed cars, to the amazing vistas and varied races on changing land, this game has almost everything you need to have a great game. It is a must own Xbox exclusive and must own racing game.

Produto impecável!
O produto veio impecável, nenhum risco ou danos ao disco. Leve marca na parte superior da caixa (o que não estraga em nada a proteção do produto) e pequenas marcas de digitais no disco, mas uma leve limpeza resolveu o problema.
