EASY ICE Cold/Hot Gel Packs with Belt. Multipurpose Usage: Knee/Back/Elbow/Shoulder/Leg/Ankle Regular Size

Very happy with the quality and style of this compress. I wear it on my knee for a half hour each day. The removable gel pack insert is broken up into 12 squares, so it contours well to joints and curves in the body. I also love that it comes with an extra gel pack so you can do a cold compress immediately followed by a hot compress if you want. No complaints.

It works fine and fits my shoulder well. I wish it was a little more flexible. It would conform better to the shoulder.

I need these for icing a knee replacement. They do hold the cold pretty well but they are just not flexible enough to be comfortable. You have all these little squares of very hard ice that you try to wrap around yourself. They just never make great contact with the skin and do not get comfortable until they've melted. I was much better off with a regular ice bag filled with an alcohol water mix. That was comfortable, reusable, and fit any weird bump or valley of my knee well. My bags held the cold just about as long as these squares. These dissapointed.

Had a knee replaced and needed to ice after exercise this worked great.

Plus - A "single pack fits all" makes it very convenient - can be used on any part of the body - from wrist to waist or even shoulders. Other major plus is the convenience of a carrying a flat sheet - when you have elderly folks along. Maintains the heat/cold for a much longer time than conventional methodsMinus - hydration process takes time - the 10 min looks long when you want it "instantly". I would suggest that you should hydrate one sheet and keep it handy even if you don't need it and keep the other in sheet form.It helped me to visualize the versatility when I saw the short demo videos. I have been using Easy Ice for about a month now...Impressed on how long it stays frozen/cold (90+ mins)...the velcro and belt are comfortable enough to put around 42in waist and I am amazed how secure it was when I was walking and Icing my knee. I also used the extra sheet for heat purposes. I tossed it in microwave for 90 seconds and heat lasted over 30 minutes. Overall a great product.

I am a soccer player and I use it after every game. It stays cold for a really long time. Could be a bit more flexible, but overall I love mine.

A very handy product. Used it with the sports team I worked with and my athletes just loved it. They didn't need to hold the ice pack, can just walk around with it. Easy to carry around. It can be used on any body parts. Would highly recommend to have at least one at home.

The multipurpose belt is good. I hydrated one of the two gel sheets as per the directions. It leaks in multiple places after hydrating. Unless it stops leaking in a day or two, I may have to junk it!

Problem is with gel sheet in first use gel came out of it and tried to dip other gel sheet in hot water and it was uselass it was as it is.Beware of good remarks could be a fake review I bought on the basis of good reviews.

Cooling effect is poor. I kept the ice gel packs 2 days in freezer but still the cooling effect it gives is nothing compared to effect from normal ice cubes . It's a total waste for me. I don't recommend to anyone buying this.

Useless product it us not at all easy to use very tedious and combursum process.....Not at all recommend ....Please don't buy this product as they don't have return policy....
