The Kovida Yoga/Workout mat is constructed of high density foam 1/2" thick to provide ample cushion and support during your exercise routine, protecting your spine, hips, knees and elbows from the hard floor. Since sweat is a guarantee during any work out, in addition to the moisture resistant nature of the foam we use, a great worked into the surface of the mat to provide antimicrobial protection against the growth of bacteria that can cause foul odors, degrade the mat, or cause other health issues. As a further precaution, the mat should be regularly cleaned with soap and water and allowed to dry fully before being stored. For your convenience, a mat strap is included to ensure the lightweight mat can travel with you wherever you may need. As yogis, our practice revolves around the yoga/workout mat.
