Product is good but can be a little messy if you put into your shoes like it suggest. Bath water is OK to use.

I love to use these Laminar Mica Crystals!!! I live with chronic pain every day and I have found these crystals very useful to lay on areas of pain. I normally place the amount of crystals I want in a bag that can be sealed with a press, then I place it in a cloth bag and use on areas where it is needed. I'm able to notice a significant difference in pain level. I already use a form of water that is structured for drinking, but once that water has been structured, I tape a bag of the crystals to the outside of the container so it continues to enhance the water further to benefit the water's ability to hydrate my body even more. I double seal small packets to use on my dogs when they become fearful in a storm or just to help calm them down. I would not leave this type of product on a pet unsupervised and would emphasize it should always be well sealed so it doesn't get out of the bag it is in. I usually stick it in a baby sock and pin it onto a wrap that goes around them. There really are many very good uses for these mica crystals and it truly is a wonderful product. I plan to continue to use it as long as I am able to get it and can afford it. The company got the product to me promptly when I ordered it and it came in a well sealed container.

I should have bought more of these. I use them in the magnum foot soak and sometimes in my shoes. I really like the way this powder makes me feel grounded.
