Nice (risotto) Rice !
I love risotto and it can be so therapeutic to make with the stirring,watching, keeping stock warm etc. This rice has a nice flavour and gave that lovely creamy texture.

Not easy to cook it
It not cooks as fast as it shows on the box. There is an other brand which it better and cheaper. I made an Italian dish rice balls with this one and it took too long to cook these.
