this is best fast food can find and mixed right , like with blue berry calcuim liquid, flax oil, Parsly flakes whole is better,about 3 tablespoons cottage cheese its not a great tasting but one can get benifits with it pair with protien.THEY used to make udos wholesome fastfood. now cant find anymore.

This is such a great product. It's quite pricey, and suggests 2 tablespoons 3x a day - which means it would last about a week at that rate. But I've just been adding a couple of tablespoons to green juices for a health boost now and again, and it's so good. It has a flavour that's palatable - subtle, a bit like hay, with a bit of ginger and peppermint - it's refreshing, nourishing, fortifying and its high soluble fibre is very soothing and at the same time detoxing to the intestines and the greens are great for alkalising the body - I'd take it all the time if I could afford it, but for now it's a really great treat for some serious self-nourishment.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE TASTE OF THIS PRODUCT SO i GAVE IT A VERY LOW RATING. I SEE IF I WOULD MIX IT UP WITH FRUITS, IT WOULD WORK OUT WELL.
