My pillion and I both bought these helmets and both found the intercom too quiet. At 30mph we cannot hear one another. Any music from a phone is fine as you can boost the volume by turning the phone up. Not so the intercom on its maximum setting. Sent them back to MotoHart the UK supplier and they said they fitted new modules and they are fine. However they came back worse with the right speaker not working. They have washed their hands of it. I should have sent them back immediately but didn't so have wasted my money. I cannot recommend this helmet or the terrible customer service under warranty from MotoHart.

After a couple of rides I have found this helmet very comfortable, the sound quality is good and easy to connect and use, so far can’t find any faults, very happy with this purchase.
